Preparation
  1. Dissolve a bag of gelatin in half a cup of cold water before swelling. Leave it for half an hour.



  2. Pour the cream into a pan, add 60 grams of powdered sugar and vanilla sugar. Stir it well and put it on the fire. Bring to a boil, and then boil, stirring periodically, for another 8 minutes.



  3. Remove the cream mass from the fire, let it cool slightly, periodically stirring so that a crust does not form.



  4. Squeeze the gelatin, add some milk, heat it up and connect it to the vanilla mass. Stir well and pour on the molds.



  5. Put dessert in the fridge for 4 hours (you can do it all night if you do it in the evening).



  6. Finely cut the ring of canned pineapple, put it in a pan, pour liquor mixed with water and 20 grams of powdered sugar. Bring to a boil, then add the lemon juice and bring to a boil again. Let me cool.



  7. Frozen cream put on a plate or leave in forms, pour the sauce with pineapples on top. If desired, panakotou can be decorated with mint leaves.
