- 2 large or 5 medium potatoes
- 3-5 eggs
- salt and pepper
- fresh dill and parsley at will
- vegetable-oil
Preparation
- Cut the potatoes in thin slices.
- Spread it, peep it and mix it with your hands.
- Break the eggs into a bowl. Spoil and beat with a fork or a wreath.
- Heat the pan on the stove. Pour butter on her.
- Roast the potatoes in plenty of butter, like deep frying.
- It should not be covered with crust, so always turn it over. When the potatoes become soft, divide the plates with a spatula into small pieces.
- Remove the potatoes with a spatula from the pan into a separate bowl. Try to keep all the butter in the pan.
- Mix potato pieces with whipped eggs. Try and salt if necessary. If you wish, add the chopped greens.

- When the egg on the edges turns into a hard crust, it is time to turn the snack over. Prepare a pan lid or plate of the appropriate size. It (important!) needs to be moistened with water.
- Turn the dish over on a plate and lay the toasted side up on the pan.
