Potatoes with eggs in the pan Ingredients
  • 2 large or 5 medium potatoes
  • 3-5 eggs
  • salt and pepper

Preparation
  1. Cut the potatoes in thin slices.

  9. When the egg on the edges turns into a hard crust, it is time to turn the snack over. Prepare a pan lid or plate of the appropriate size. It (important!) needs to be moistened with water.
  10. Turn the dish over on a plate and lay the toasted side up on the pan.
