"Site" I was worried about this and decided to tell you how to drink water.
Everyone around assures us that the right drinking regime is the key to health, slimness and longevity. And we don't argue. The question is, what is the right drinking regime? And let’s face it, it’s not 8 glasses of water a day.
The 8-glass rule was introduced in 1921. The author of the study for a day carefully measured how much fluid his body loses. As a result, he counted 8 glasses of water excreted from his body in urine and sweat. From this he made the assumption that this is how much liquid should be replaced per day. Think about it, these are strange calculations made by one particular person. Can they be considered applicable to everyone? Hardly.
Modern researchers are more cautious in their theories. For example, experts from the National Academy of Sciences, Engineering and Medicine say that a man needs about 3.7 liters of water per day, and a woman needs about 2.7 liters. But it's all so approximate.
But then you say it's more than 8 glasses. Yes, more, but in this case, any fluid that enters the body is considered, not pure water. It is estimated that 80% of this amount enters the body with any beverages, including milk, juices, tea and coffee, and 20% from solid foods.

The same figures are supported by the World Health Organization. But these calculations are also not very accurate. It is said to be an approximate (this keyword) amount of water for a person with moderate physical activity and temperate climates. From this we conclude that there is really no certain figure that would suit everyone without exception.
Doctors say that if you are not thirsty, and your urine is colorless or light yellow, then the body is quite enough fluid. If all the conditions are met, then everything is fine with your drinking regimen, and you do not need to pour even more liquid into yourself that does not fit into you.

The main rule is not to do something beyond measure and desire. If you don't want to drink, you don't have to force yourself. Feel thirsty - add between meals a glass of water, compote or juice. You need to focus on the signals of your body and learn to recognize thirst, so as not to bring yourself to dehydration.
Always keep a bottle of water on hand and take a sip every 30-60 minutes. Drink as long as you want and drink for pleasure. That's the life hack.
Many rule that you need to drink 2 liters of clean water a day does not allow you to lose weight. Reduce the amount of water in half (or make it comfortable for yourself), and you will see that the weight will begin to go away faster.
It is important to note that if you play sports or live in a hot climate, you need more water. If you sit in the office all day, at a comfortable temperature, do not sweat, water, accordingly, you need much less. Don't forget to consider these factors.

Another thing to mention is when to drink water. Gastroenterologists assure that you can drink before, after, and during meals. The only question is how much to drink. Water, drunk on an empty stomach, quickly leaves it: 300 ml in 5-15 minutes.
That is, drinking a glass of water 20 minutes before meals is a good solution. But you do not need to drink more, because then it will not have time to leave the stomach, along with food will stretch it and cause discomfort.
You can also drink while eating, especially when eating dry. Water will improve the permeability of food and help digestion. If you want to drink water after eating, this is also quite normal. The main criteria are your desire and feelings, focus on them.
