Pork recipe in sweet sauce

Pork in Sweet Sauce Ingredients
  • 1 kg of pork (better than necks, but any other piece of pork meat is possible)
  • 200g plums (Hungarian is better suited)
  • 25g tomato paste
  • 20g sugar
  • 1 chili pepper (you can take half)
  • salt and spice


Preparation
  1. On all sides, rub the pork with tomato paste and put it in the refrigerator for a few hours, or better for the whole night - marinate. In the meantime, clear the plums of the pits.

  2. Sell the meat and place it in your sleeve for baking. Put the pork down with a fat layer. Put the plums on top. It is not terrible if some of the fruit eventually falls to the bottom of the sleeve - it will still turn out tasty.

  3. Close the sleeve and place it on the bowl in the oven, preheated to 180-200 degrees. Bake for about 1.5-2 hours.
  4. Readiness of the dish you can appreciate the smell: in the kitchen will float the aroma of pork and plum jam. Gently open the sleeve and put the pork on the dish.

  5. Ready plums grind on a grater or grind in a blender, add juice released from fruits and meat. Then bring to a boil by adding spices, sugar and pepper. The resulting sauce can be used separately or added to the meat.
