  3. Mix the pumpkin with citrus, add sugar and citric acid. Stir well and leave to insist for 3-4 hours.
  4. After the specified time, spread the resulting mixture into half-liter cans. Sterilize for 30 minutes. Put it in a blanket for the day. Keep it in a dark, cool place.
