How to prepare pickled tomatoes

  • 1 bitter pepper

  • 1 cup of vegetable oil

  • 6 bay leaves
  • 1/2 tbsp 6% vinegar

Preparation
  1. Cut tomatoes and Bulgarian pepper into four parts. Cut the onions and bitter peppers with rings. Cut the garlic in half.

  2. Prepare the marinade. Boil water and add salt, sugar, vinegar and spices to it.

  3. Put the vegetables in a jar, alternating among themselves. Fill them with marinade and leave them for ten minutes. Then the marinade drain, boil it again and fill it with vegetables again. Add oil to them and you can roll with sterilized lids.

You can also make the same recipe. pickled green tomatoes. Raw they are completely unsuitable for consumption, but after pickling they become spicy, elastic and sweet.
