Principles of separate eating

It is much easier to lose weight when there is a painted eating plan and the confidence that you just stick to it, and everything will work out.

To facilitate this process, Moica Polyanszek and Breda Hrobat have created a book called “Separate Diet for 90 Days”, which details how to eat separately.

Their separate diet is based on the principles of dividing foods by day. All foods and dishes of healthy diet are divided into 4 groups. And on a certain day, foods from only one group are consumed.

  1. The amount of food eaten per day does not need to be weighed. The body itself must learn not to overeat. To overeat on this diet, eating only protein or carbohydrates, will be difficult.

  2. Despite the separation, fast carbohydrates should still be excluded from the diet, which include sweets, chocolate, muffins, carbonated drinks, alcohol. These are products that do not bring any benefit.

  3. The first two days of the diet should be transitional. It is best to devote them to detox: prepare cleansing smoothies, cocktails of fresh vegetables and fruits, add fiber-rich foods to them. And replace them with breakfast and dinner.
  4. Bread is allowed only whole grain and no more than two slices per day.
  5. A day it is advisable to drink up to 1.5 liters of pure water or herbal teas between meals. Coffee should be excluded altogether. You can replace it with chicory.

  6. There should be 5-6 meals per day. The last one is 2 hours before bedtime.
  7. To accelerate metabolism, during the diet you need to engage in cardio training. At least include small walks in the daily routine.
  8. Olive and flaxseed oil should be used for salad dressing. For frying - unrefined sunflower.
  9. Milk should not be mixed with any products.

Principles of making a separate diet menu
  1. Protein day. Breakfast every day should consist of fruit and juices. After breakfast during a protein day, you need to eat low-fat protein foods: dairy and dairy products, eggs, fish, meat.

  2. Vegetable starch day. It should consist of vegetable salads, grilled vegetables, legumes, rice with vegetables, baked potatoes.

  3. Carbohydrate day. Its menu includes various porridge, pasta from hard wheat, homemade pastries without eggs and milk.

Separate nutrition diet It involves the distribution of products into groups. This means that the basis of the daily diet should consist of products of one group by 70%, the remaining 30% should be added by products from other groups.

90-Day Separate Diet You should show up at the end of the second week. By the end of the month, the body will get used to the new type of food. And by the end of the second, the metabolism will be completely adjusted.
