- 2 carrots
- 0.5 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder

- 200g milk chocolate
Preparation
- Make the cupcakes first. To do this, cut the carrots in circles, and then grind in a blender.
- In the bowl of the blender add oil, eggs, sugar, flour and baking powder, thoroughly stirring the mixture. It should be a homogeneous mass without lumps.
