- 400g flour
- 1/3 tsp salt
- 5g yeast
- 100g sugar
- 15g milk powder
- 1 tsp lemon peel
- 1 medium egg
- 200 ml of water
- 50g butter
Preparing the test
- Mix milk, flour, sugar, yeast and salt.
