Preparation

  2. Add to the yeast salt, vegetable oil, one egg and one protein (yellow leaves for lubrication). Stir all this, then gradually add flour and mix the dough. The dough should be kneaded for at least 15 minutes, it should be soft.



  3. Now cut the dill finely, add it to the dough and stir it well again. Greens should be distributed evenly. After that, cover the dough and leave in a warm place for 30 minutes.



  4. Divide the dough into small parts and form small balls from them. Put every ball in a cake. In each cake, make a small depression and put a piece of butter there. Turn the tortillas into straws, roll the dough into a roll. Twisting those straws and forming swirling achma buns.



  5. Beat the yolk with 1 teaspoon of powdered sugar (or sugar). Put the buns on the bowl and grease with a whipped yolk. Cover and let me rest for another half hour. Bake at a temperature of 180 degrees to a golden color.
