Ingredients for marinade
- 1 liter of water
- 1, 5 tbsp salt
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
Preparation
- First you need to prepare the leaves of grapes. They need to be thoroughly washed and cut cuttings.
- After that, gently twist all the leaves into rolls and fill a liter jar with them. It is advisable to put them in the jar as closely as possible.
- Now boil the water and start cooking the marinade. We remind you that the calculations of ingredients are taken for 1 liter of water.
- Put cans on plates and pour boiling water into them so that the water spills over the edge. Let it brew for 5 minutes and then pour the water back into the pan.
- Bring the marinade to a boil and pour into the jars again. Cover with hot covers and roll quickly.
