How to prepare grape leaves for the future

Ingredients for marinade
  • 1 liter of water
  • 1, 5 tbsp salt
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp vinegar






Preparation
  1. First you need to prepare the leaves of grapes. They need to be thoroughly washed and cut cuttings.



  2. After that, gently twist all the leaves into rolls and fill a liter jar with them. It is advisable to put them in the jar as closely as possible.



  3. Now boil the water and start cooking the marinade. We remind you that the calculations of ingredients are taken for 1 liter of water.



  4. Put cans on plates and pour boiling water into them so that the water spills over the edge. Let it brew for 5 minutes and then pour the water back into the pan.



  5. Bring the marinade to a boil and pour into the jars again. Cover with hot covers and roll quickly.
