Recipe for lean apple sauce

Everyone knows that mayonnaise, even made from natural home ingredients, is not the most healthy product. At the same time, it remains one of the most popular dressings for numerous salads.





Today. "Site" will tell about a worthy alternative to mayonnaise in salads and other dishes. It is enough to replace the yolks with ... apple puree, and we get a sauce that is much easier than classical mayonnaise, but not inferior to his taste.

Recipe for apple sauce ingredients
  • 3 sour apples
  • 1 tbsp ready mustard
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1.5 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 100ml sunflower oil


Preparation
  1. Peel the apples off the peel.


  2. Bake them in the oven until soft.


  3. Rub the pulp through a sieve.
  4. Hit the applesauce with a blender.


  5. Add table mustard, lemon juice, salt and sugar, keep whipping.
  6. So that the sauce does not layer during cooking, pour a thin trickle of vegetable oil. It is better to do this in a few steps.


  7. Apple "mayonnaise" ready. Bon appetit!




It turns out airy, light and smooth sauce. It is much lighter than apple puree and a completely different consistency. Ask your family if they know what this mayonnaise is made of.
