- 500g potatoes
- 360g canned tuna
- 80g seedless olives
- 3 eggs
- 50g butter
- parsley
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise

- 20 ml of vegetable oil
- 1 lemon
Preparation
- To begin with, you need to peel the potatoes from the skin, cut in small cubes and boil. Add salt and butter to boiled potatoes, then crush it in mashed potatoes and leave to cool.
- Chop the parsley and add to the cooled mashed potatoes. Also add black ground pepper.
Boil the eggs and cool them in cold water so that they are easier to clean from the shell. Clean the cold eggs and cut them in circles. - Open the canned fish and get rid of excess liquid. Tuna meat is laid out in a small deep container and mixed with mayonnaise.
- Now take a medium-sized salad bowl and cover it with food film. Lubricate the film with vegetable oil and start putting puree in the salad bowl.
- After laying out 2/3 of potatoes, form walls from the bottom to the edge of the container. Then lay on the bottom of the salad half the tuna, and on top of the eggs, evenly distributing the ingredients.
- The next layer of olives and on top of the second half of the tuna. Put the rest of the mashed potatoes in the last layer.
- Cover the snack with food film and put it in the refrigerator for 120 minutes. At the end of the day, get out. potato-cake from the refrigerator, remove the food film from above and, covering the salad bowl with a flat plate with wide edges, gently turn it over.
- All you have to do is decorate the snack. Cut the lemon in slices and put snacks at the base. You can also use olives and greens as you like.
