Recipe for a delicate liver casserole

Preparation
  1. Boil the rice until ready. Do not salt it so as not to overdo it with salt.



  2. If you pass the raw liver through a meat grinder, you get too liquid mixture. So lightly fry the liver in the pan for literally 2 minutes. Then grind in the combine and transfer to a deep container. You can use beef liver, but chicken is much more gentle.



  3. Clean and cut 4 medium bulbs with semi-rings and fry in 100 ml of vegetable oil until soft for 1-2 minutes.



  4. Beat the eggs with salt and pepper, add the mixture to the liver. Send roasted onions and rice there. Stir everything well.



  5. Form for baking with a diameter of 20 cm lubricated with vegetable oil and powdered breadcrumbs.



  6. Pour the prepared mixture into the form and bake everything in the oven heated to 180 degrees 40-45 minutes. Serve the goodies, sliced into middle pieces, sour cream.
