  • 3-4 large bulbs
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tbsp warm water

Preparation

  • 2 bulbs
  • 2 sweet apples
  • 3 pickles
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise

  • 2 tbsp sour cream

Preparation
  1. Cut the onions and pickles in small cubes.

Preparation
  1. Hard-boiled eggs. Cool them, peel them and cut them with straw.

  3. Marinate the onions. To do this, cut both bulbs with thin semi-rings and add ingredients for the marinade (boiled water, sugar, salt, vinegar). Stir thoroughly and let me stand for 15 minutes.
  4. Warm up the pan, add vegetable oil and roast the eggplant pieces. The roasting time is 6-8 minutes, no more. To save eggplant from excess fat, lay them out of the pan directly on a paper towel.
