- 1 lemon
- 100g sea salt
- 40g sweet pepperpet peas
- 2 cloves of garlic
Preparation
- Scald with boiling water and wash the lemon well.
- Grate on a fine grater lemon peel and garlic.
- Mix the garlic gruel with lemon juice and lemon peel in a ceramic bowl.
Dry the mixture at 100 degrees in the oven for 15-20 minutes. - In the cooled mixture add pepper peas and sea salt.
- Grind all the ingredients with a blender to a homogeneous mass.
- For a brighter color, you can add a little turmeric.
- Store lemon salt in tightly closed dry jars.

- 300g sea salt
- 15-20 cloves of garlic
- 1.5 tbsp dill
- 1 tbsp hop-suneli
- 1/2 tbsp ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon spice of sausage
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp spicy red pepper
Preparation
- Grind the large sea salt in a blender.
- Rub the garlic on a fine grater.
- Rub the garlic with a pestle salt so that the garlic juice is absorbed into the salt.
- Add all the spices. Stir thoroughly.
- Hops-suneli in the absence can be replaced with a mixture of Provencal herbs.
- Please note that the finished mixture is not dried. To prevent oxidation of garlic, put the Adyghe salt in a sealed jar and store it in the refrigerator.
