- 200g strawberries

- 1 tsp lemon juice
Preparation
- On the back of parchment paper, draw a circle with a pencil with a diameter of 20-22 centimeters. Put the parchment on the pot.
- Whip the squirrels at high speed until the formation of lush foam. The whipping bowl should be dry and clean and better made of glass or metal. Plastic bowls may not be upright. Add some sugar. Blow proteins with sugar to steady peaks.

- Add powdered sugar to the chilled cream. Whip with the mixer until the cream starts to hold its shape well. Put the cream on the crust, straighten it up. Decorate strawberries on top, pour strawberry sauce. Before serving, keep it in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
