  2. Collect the dough in a lump, wrap it in food film and put it in the fridge for 60 minutes. Then roll the chilled dough on a dusty flour table into a thin layer according to the size of the shape.



  3. Bake the form with butter. Put the dough in the mold, cut the edges if necessary. Put the half-hour test form in the fridge. On the chilled dough in the form, lay out a layer of parchment paper, and on top a mound of peas or beans. This method of baking is called “blind”, and it is thanks to it that the dough does not deform during baking. Put the dough with beans in the preheated to 180 degrees oven for 10 minutes. Then remove the parchment with the beans and bake the sand base until ready. It takes about 25 minutes.





  4. To prepare the cream, pour the milk into the pan and warm up well without bringing it to a boil. Yolks with sugar and vanilla sugar whisk to a lush light foam, then sprinkle the flour and mix well. 36510.



  5. Pour the flour a little and mix it thoroughly. Pour the mass into the pan and put it on the stove. Cook with constant stirring on medium heat before boiling. After boiling, boil for another 2 minutes. Let the cream cool a little.



  6. Pour the finished cream into the cooled sand base. Straighten and cover in contact with food film. Put it in the fridge.



  7. Prepare jelly according to the instructions on the package. Put the bucket with boiled jelly in a pan of cold water and quickly cool. Cooled jelly put in the refrigerator for about an hour (until the jelly begins to grasp).
