If you love strawberries and don’t mind spending 40 minutes making a cake, we’ll gladly share a good recipe. Do you know that the editorial board knows not one recipe for strawberry pie in the oven, but two? We're sure you'll want to cook both.
All because they are incredibly tasty and easy to prepare. And most importantly, there are two different strawberry cakes. The first pie is a charlotte with strawberries, and the second can even be called a cake, since the second recipe uses custard dough and a stunning delicate curd cream.
Recipe for strawberry pie in oven Ingredients
- 500g strawberries
- 4 eggs
- 180g sugar
- 200g flour
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
Preparation
- Wash the strawberries thoroughly and remove the tails. Dry the berries on the towel. If the strawberries are big, cut them in half.
- Beat the eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until the egg mass is white.
- Ask for flour and gradually add it along with baking powder to the egg mixture. Carefully stir the dough with a spatula from top to bottom.
- Pour half the dough into a parchment-covered baking mold.
- Put all the strawberries on the dough carefully. Pour strawberries with a second layer of dough.
- Bake the charlotte in the oven heated to 190 degrees 40-45 minutes. Check your readiness with a toothpick.
- When the cake is completely cooled, transfer it to the substrate and sprinkle powdered sugar on top. You can also decorate with fresh berries. Done.
Pie with cheese and strawberries Ingredients for dough
- 200 ml of water
- 100g margarine
- 200g flour
- 4 eggs
Cream ingredients
- 400g cottage cheese
- 400ml cream
- 200 ml of water
- 140g strawberry jelly
- 100g powdered sugar
- 600g strawberries
Preparation
- Boil water and dissolve margarine in it.
- Ask for flour and gradually add to the boiling mass, constantly stirring the dough with a corolla. A mixer can be used for convenience.
- Cool the custard dough and add eggs to it. Thoroughly mix the mass to a homogeneous state and divide it into three equal parts.
- Distribute the dough in a shape of 20 by 30 cm. Bake each cake in the oven heated to 200 degrees 20-25 minutes. 160691
- Dissolve strawberry jelly in 200 ml of boiling water. To gelatin completely dispersed, you can put on fire for a couple of minutes, constantly stirring the jelly with a spoon.
- Whip with a wreath, or better a mixer, cream, cottage cheese and powdered sugar. Then add a cooled gelatin mass to the cream. And hit it again.
- Put the cream in the refrigerator for an hour or in the freezer for 25 minutes. Then take the cream out of the fridge and beat it again.
- Put a baking mould on food wrap and make a cake. First the cake, put part of the cream on it, and on the cream cut with plates strawberries. And so on. The top cake sprinkle powdered sugar or lay out plates of strawberries on top. Then send the dessert to the refrigerator for 6 hours, preferably overnight. Bon appetit.
