Ah, this magnificent, fragrant soup with garlic, which in Prague is affectionately called "garlic"! I can’t stop thinking about this magical taste. Garlic Soup Ingredients
- 1 small carrot
- 300g chicken fillet
- 1 medium bulb
- 4 potatoes
- 6 cloves of garlic
- salt, pepper and cumin to taste
- 1 tbsp tomato paste

Preparation
- Cook the chicken fillet, get it out of the pan, cut it in pieces and put it back in the broth. Add the straw-cut potatoes.
- Sod the carrots on a large grater, peel and grind the onions. Put them on a pan, they should be roasted to a golden color.
- Garlic cut into pieces in length, two cloves need to be crushed with a press or the side surface of the knife. Now add the garlic and tomato paste to the carrots and onions. Roast for a few minutes so that the garlic does not give a bitter taste.
- Almost done. Add roasted vegetables to the pan and let them bleach for another 10 minutes, add salt and spices.
- You can make soup with garlic immediately after pouring it into plates. The dish is perfectly combined with roasts of white or rye bread with cheese and fresh greens. Bon appetit!
