Instructions for the preparation of cherry preservation

There are many recipes for its preparation. Today we would like to consider perhaps the simplest and fastest of them. And at the same time tell how you can quickly and reliably sterilize glass jars and what it will take.

Preparation
  1. Wash the berries and get the bones out of them. This can be done using an ordinary household stud or paper clip, a glass bottle and a straw (just squeeze out the bones with a tube, putting the cherry on the neck of the bottle), etc.


  2. Take out glass jars of 0.5 or a maximum of 0.7 liters.


  3. Put the cherries in the jar with a spoon. When a third of the jar is filled with cherries, pour 1-1.5 spoonfuls of sugar depending on the size of the jar. Say it again until you fill the whole jar with berry and sugar.


  4. At the very end, add cherry juice so that a sugar slide does not form at the top.


  5. Sterilize the banks. This can be done in several ways. Here's the first.. At the bottom of the oven bed foil or install a pan so as not to soil the inside. Put cans with lids in the oven without closing them. Turn the oven on the minimum fire and hold the cans there for 40 minutes. Now they're sterilized. They won't explode or spoil.


  6. Method two. At the bottom of a large pan of bed a kitchen towel. Put cherry cans and lids on top. Fill the pot with water and let the cans boil for about 20 minutes. Now they can be tightly closed with lids and covered with a blanket: jam should cool as slowly as possible. Done!




This recipe is suitable, most likely, for beginner cooks with little experience. Those who have ever seen how parents do it, should cope well with the extraction of seeds from cherries, and sterilization of cans.
