Strawberry muffins Ingredients
- 100 ml of milk
- 300g flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 100g sugar
- 50ml sunflower oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- half-peel
- 300g fresh strawberries
Preparation
- First, take a deep bowl and beat the eggs with sugar in it with a mixer. It is necessary to beat the egg mass to pomp. Then add to the eggs sunflower oil, milk, lemon juice and fresh lemon peel. Stir everything well, after which start introducing pre-seeded flour with baking powder into the egg mixture.
Stir the ingredients until the consistency of the test is uniform.
- Next, wash the strawberries under running water, clean it from the roots and cut into small pieces. Then send the berries into a bowl of dough and mix everything.
- Then heat the oven to 180 degrees. And while the oven warms up, pour the dough into the molds. Bake the cupcakes for half an hour, then check their readiness with a wooden sword.
- In the end, it remains only to get our dessert from the oven, cool it and decorate it to your own taste. As decoration, you can use whipped cream, chocolate glaze or, for example, strawberry fudge and fresh berries.
