Editorial "Site" I will be happy to share tips on the preparation of mantas. This will save the time of the hostess and allow you to feed the household with a delicious lunch in a matter of minutes.

How to cook manta ingredients
  • 1 egg
  • 125 ml of warm water
  • 250g flour
  • 3 medium-sized bulbs
  • 400g pork
  • 400g beef
  • salt
  • chili
  • tasteful
  • 50g butter
  • fluff

Preparation
  1. The first thing you need to do is knead the dough. To do this, mix in a deep bowl flour, egg, salt and warm water. When the dough becomes uniform and dense enough, wrap it in food film and leave it to lie at room temperature for 30-40 minutes.

  2. At the same time, while you wait, you can prepare the filling. Well wash pork and beef meat and cut it into small pieces. You can also cook from minced meat, but with minced meat, manta will turn out more juicy.

When you're done with the meat, peel the onions off the husks and also chop them in small cubes.

Then mix the meat with the onions, salt and pepper filling. You can also add other spices to your taste.

  3. Next, release the dough from the film and roll it into a thin layer. With the help of a faceted glass or a special form, cut mugs from the dough and start them with meat. Then fill the manta tightly.

  4. And so we smoothly moved on to the key moment of manta preparation. So that the mantas do not pester and do not tear, it is necessary to lubricate the mantovar grille with natural butter before laying them out.

As soon as the water in the mantower boils, lay out the blanks on an oil-oiled grille at a distance of several centimeters from each other and steam for 40-45 minutes.

At the end, it remains only to decorate our wonderful juicy mantas with chopped fresh greens and serve with sour cream.

Here we go! It's time to call the waited-in household to the table.

Bon appetit!
