- The filling for dumplings should be taken care of in advance. Boil 60 g of rice or prepare 150 g of boiled rice.

- Soak the flour and mix it with salt. Gradually add 300 ml of boiling water to the dough, without ceasing to mix the dough with a spatula, add vegetable oil. When the dough cools, you can lay it on the table and knead with your hands to a homogeneous state.
- When the dough is ready, divide it into 4 parts and leave it to rest for 20 minutes under the towel.
- Cut the onion as small as possible and roast it in a frying pan with vegetable oil until transparent. Add to the onion garlic passed through the press and roast for another 1 minute.
- In a deep bowl, mix the lentils, rice and onions to a uniform consistency. Add the spices to the stuffing and mix it up again.
- Now roll the dough and put it on the dumpling mold. If there is no form, cut the blanks with a pile. Start the dumplings with mincemeat and tighten the edges. The dough is very durable and never boiled. For reliability, you can leave dumplings in the freezer while the water boils.
