- 150 ml milk
- 1 egg
- 2 bananas
- 80 g sugar

Preparation
- Whisk together egg, sugar and a pinch of salt in a deep bowl until smooth.

- Lubricate the bottom of a 22-24 cm deep frying pan with butter. Sprinkle the surface with 3 tsp. Sahara.
- Peel the bananas and cut them into small cubes 3-4 cm thick.
- Place the banana slices in a skillet and cover them with the batter. Smooth out the dough on top and cover the pan with a lid.
- Cook the cake over low heat or on a divider for 40-50 minutes. Check readiness with a toothpick. Cover the skillet with a plate and flip the pie onto it.
