Cabbage Steak Ingredients
  • 1 stud of Peking cabbage
  • 2 eggs
  • 70g cheese
  • 1-2 tomatoes
  • salt and pepper
  • vegetable-oil


Preparation
  1. Beat the eggs with salt and pepper.


  2. Cut off the tip of the cock.


  3. Dip a slice of cabbage into an egg and put the cock on a frying pan heated with oil.
  4. When the egg is fried, cut the washer 2 centimeters thick and repeat the procedure. Why not cut the cabbage right away? This is done so that pieces of Peking cabbage do not crumble.


  5. Grate cheese on a fine grater.
  6. Cut the tomatoes with thin plates.
