Vegetable lasagna Ingredients for lasagna
  • 800g mince
  • 2 bulbs
  • 1 carrot
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic

Preparation
  1. On a heated frying pan with vegetable oil, roast finely chopped onions and garlic. When the onion turns brown, you need to add grated carrots on a large grater. Roast for another 2-3 minutes. 08



  2. Put minced meat in the pan. You can take a mixture of pork with beef or chicken mince. Roast the mince on medium heat, stirring constantly, until it is all brightened. Add salt, pepper and favorite spices to taste. I usually add Provencal herbs. Also add the tomato paste, stir and roast for another 3 minutes.





  3. Wash the zucchini and cut into plates along a thickness of about 4 millimeters. Cut the mozzarella balls into small pieces. 01



  4. To prepare the pouring in a convenient container beat the eggs with salt and pepper. Pour the cream (can be replaced with sour cream) and mix well. Pour ready.



  5. To assemble lasagna at the bottom of the form for baking, lay out a layer of squash. Put the mince on top, then some mozzarella and a new layer of zucchini. Then pour some sauce and add the mince again. Keep going until the ingredients run out. In total, about 3 layers of mince come out. You need to finish on a layer with zucchini. Pour the remaining sauce and sprinkle the grated cheese.





  6. Cover the form with a dish of foil and bake in a preheated to 180 degrees oven for 45 minutes until ready. Check the zucchini: if they have become soft, then the dish is ready. Please note that 10 minutes before the preparation, it is better to remove the foil from the dish so that the cheese grows roaring.



  7. That's it, lasagna ready. Cut the dish into portioned pieces and serve it to the table. Bon appetit!
