Recipe for Home Cake Ingredients
  • 75g margarine
  • 220g cottage cheese
  • 220g sugar
  • 8g vanilla sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 330g flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 5g soda


Preparation
  1. To begin, combine in a deep bowl cottage cheese, sugar, butter and salt. Then beat everything with a mixer until you get a homogeneous mass. Then add vanilla sugar and 1 egg to the bowl, and beat it again. Next, pour soda into a bowl, sifting it through a sieve and repeat the procedure with a mixer.

    And only then add to the bowl sifted flour and mix the dough (again using a mixer). At this stage, beat the dough for literally a few seconds so as not to score the dough.





  2. Next, sprinkle the working surface with flour and lay out the resulting dough on it. Collect it and slightly wrap around the edges to get a whole homogeneous ball. Then sprinkle the dough with flour and cover it with food film, after which leave it lying on the table for 5 minutes.





  3. When the dough rests a little, roll it into a rectangular layer with a thickness of 1-1.5 cm. The sides immediately level with a roller, so that it is easier to give the crusts a triangular shape. Then cut the dough into three strips. After that, each of the obtained strips was divided into triangulars using a kitchen scraper.





  4. Set the oven to warm to 170 degrees. In the meantime, cover the baking pot with parchment baking paper and distribute the blanks on it. Future crusts lubricate with a whipped egg and with the help of a fork carefully make a pattern on top (not pressing, but simply conducting along the dough).

    Bake cottage cheese cakes should be for 25-35 minutes. It all depends on the characteristics of the oven. If the crustaceans are sufficiently roared after 20 minutes, you can check their readiness with a wooden sword. And then look at the situation - either leave for a couple more minutes in the oven, or get and cool.







By the way, you need to cool the crusts on the grille so that they do not fog from below and do not become too loose.
