This recipe is considered a classic way to prepare cottage cheese dough. For this test, we will need a 24 cm diameter shape and a small list of ingredients.



The ingredients
  • 250g cottage cheese
  • 2 medium-sized eggs
  • 1.5 cups of flour
  • 1 tsp soda
  • lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 10g butter

Preparation
  1. Carefully mix a pack of fat cottage cheese, two chicken eggs, sunflower and olive oil. Add salt and sugar and with a blender beat the mass to a homogeneous state



  2. Now you need to take soda and extinguish it with lemon juice. By the way, the juice can be replaced with regular vinegar. We combine soda with flour and gradually add to the curd mass. After that, carefully mix the dough - the mass should be uniform and elastic.



  3. Carefully roll the dough and lay it out on a butter-lubricated batter. Then we lubricate the surface of the dough with sauce and lay out the filling.





In addition to the classic recipe, there is still a great way to cook using yeast. You can take any yeast, fresh or dry, of your choice.

  • 550g wheat flour
  • 25g fresh or 7g dry yeast
  • 1 cup of warm water or milk
  • 4 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 10g butter


Preparation
  1. Mix yeast with sugar and dissolve in a glass of warm water or milk. Leave the mixture for 15 minutes.



  2. Mix fat cottage cheese, chicken egg, salt and sunflower oil. Then pour the yeast mixture into the egg-curd. Gradually add flour to the mixture and mix thoroughly.



  3. Now you need to knead the soft dough. We roll the dough into a ball and put it in a large dish. Leave it for an hour in a warm place to ferment. After 60 minutes, the dough must be washed and allowed to rise a second time.
  4. The finished dough is rolled out and laid out in a form previously lubricated with butter. We lay out the ingredients and send them to the oven.
