Potato nests Ingredients
- 800g potatoes
- 1 tbsp starch
- 300g ground meat
- 1 egg
- fluff
- 100g cheese
- 1 bulb
- salt
- 1 clove of garlic
- chili
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- vegetable-oil
Preparation
- First of all, peel the potatoes from the skin. And then cut it in small pieces and decoction in salted water.
Then we will prepare the filling. - Couple the mince with crushed greens, onions, garlic and spices. Then roast it in a pan for 15 minutes. And don't forget to stir the stuffing from time to time.
Then add to the minced tomato paste and mix it well. Then roast the filling for another 5 minutes. - When the filling is cooked, boiled potatoes will need to be ceilingd, mixing it with butter and starch. And also in mashed potatoes, you need to add a raw egg and quickly mix everything to homogeneity.
Next, cover the batter with parchment paper and proceed to the final stage. - Put the mashed potatoes in a candy bag with a wide nozzle.
