Cupcake "Carpathians" that sent the Soviet "Capital" resigned and settled in our kitchen

The theme for today: cupcake recipes at home in the oven. Delicious, sweet, especially in a duet with tea or some natural juice. The cupcake itself during cooking can even crack a little from above, but it is even good. So the texture will change for the better, and excess moisture will go away.

Ingredients will need the most common. Unless you have to go to the nearest supermarket. Ice cream without seeds is what we need. And if it happens in the summer, then fresh will do. But you still have to get rid of the bones.

Cake recipes at home in the oven Ingredients
  • 250g margarine
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 10g baking powder
  • 200g boneless cherries

Preparation
  1. First of all, let’s remind you that 1 cup is equal to 200 ml by volume. Margarine left for a couple of hours on the table, beat with sugar with a mixer. During whipping, add eggs in turn, gradually add milk and sprinkle 3 spoons of flour mixed with baking powder.

  2. Add the remnants of all the flour, but again a little bit. You need to make sure that the consistency of the test is correct. When it gets too heavy, remove the mixer and keep kneading with the spatula. It should be a little thicker than sour cream.

  3. It's time to add the cherries from which the excess juice was drained. Frozen berries have no problem with this.

  4. And then the standard procedure: warm the oven to 180 degrees, put the dough in a special form for cupcakes, do not forget to lubricate it from the inside and bed parchment. Bake it for about an hour, check it with a toothpick. Dessert is ready.

You can decorate it at your discretion: sprinkle powder, pour hot chocolate or jam on top, decorate with candied fruit. Since the filling of the cupcake is not too pronounced, experiments will be appropriate. Some housewives even make peanut butter sandwiches out of this muffin. But in our opinion, they are very satisfying.

Internal filler is also easily replaced by plums, peaches, even strawberries or raspberries. But you need to drain the excess juice and not overdo it in volume: otherwise the cupcake will be too wet and just fall apart in your hands.
