How to prepare Ingredients
- 2 potatoes
- 2 tomatoes
- 2-3 cucumbers
- 3-4 radishes
- 4 eggs
- 100-150g sausage
- lemon juice

- 3 tbsp sour cream
Preparation
- Hard-boiled eggs. Clean it, cut it in cubes.
- Cook the potatoes in your uniform, peel them, cut them in cubes.
- Arbitrarily cut radishes, cucumbers and tomatoes. All the ingredients of okroshka should feel good. Therefore, do not cut too small, and especially rub on the grater.
- Cut the greens finely, sprinkle a pinch of salt and rub a little.
- Cube the boiled sausage. You can replace it with chicken fillet.
- Mix all chopped foods in a bowl.
- Sour cream is important to put first and mix a little with the products. If you add it after water, it can swim with flakes.
- Squeeze a bowl of lemon juice.
- Add clean cold water. So much so that the okroshka is not too thick and not too liquid. Add the sugar and send it to the fridge for 20 minutes.
