- 400g saddles
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 750 ml of water
- 5 pcs of black pepper peas
- 5 pcs of fragrant pepper peas
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp salt
- 2 pickles
- 1 onion
- 3 searing peppers
- 5 teeth. Garlic
- 4 bay leaves
- 1 bundle of green onions
Preparation
- In 750 ml of water add salt, pepper peas and bay leaf. Add 2 tbsp. l vinegar and 1 tsp. sugar. Put the marinade on a low fire.
- Cut the onions with half rings. Then grind 1 bundle of green onions.
- Peel the garlic and cut it in large pieces. What could be more delicious than pickled garlic?
- Now cut the hot pepper. Preservation will look more elegant if you take peppers of different colors. The more pepper and grains will be in the jar, the sharper the snack will turn out.
- Then cut the pickles with slices.
- When all the ingredients are ready, cut the sausages in half, but not to the end. And start them with pickles, onions, hot peppers. It is important that the sausages were without a shell.
