With ingredients, too, complete order: these are affordable products that are easy to find at home. In extreme cases, you can buy something in the nearest supermarket. Really, fast and simple.

Baking on sour cream in a hurry Ingredients
  • 400g wheat flour
  • 150g wholegrain flour
  • 160g sour cream
  • 3 large eggs
  • 60g butter
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp mandarin peel
  • 1 tsp soda
  • salt
  • 1 egg yolk
  • sugar, powdered sugar to taste


Preparation
  1. Mix sour cream and softened butter. Add the sugar and the eggs. Blow the mass to uniformity.


  2. Then add peel and soda to the mass, keep whipping. Soak both parts of the flour and gradually pour it into the sour cream.


  3. Mix a light dough. Then divide it into pieces, from which, in turn, I will form a tourniquet 35 cm long. Turn on the oven.


  4. Form simple pretzels. Move them to a paper-covered pot. Smear the yolk and sprinkle with powder or sugar. Bake for about 12 minutes, at a temperature of 200 degrees. Serve the table hot.




Pretzels, which will turn out about 800 g, will be light and airy. They are good for juice, tea or coffee. Children love to eat them just like popcorn. If desired, you can combine them with jam or condensed milk.



For 100 g of the finished product, be ready, there are about 300 kcal, which is quite hearty. But do not forget that our pretzels are light and you simply cannot eat a lot of them. So do not worry too much about your figure and pleasant appetite!
