Why cook a brewery for a husband who is bad at the sight of cold

Preparation
  1. Wash, cut off all unnecessary tongues and send them to a pot of cold water. Bring the water to a boil and hold the tongues in this state for another half an hour. Then take out the tongues and drain the water. We won't need her anymore.


  2. Refill the pot with clean water. Add to it tongues, salt, unpeeled but washed bulb, peeled carrots, all pepper, bay leaves. Cook your tongues to full readiness on a low fire. It is easy to check them: just puncturing with a knife point, ready-made tongues will be easy to succumb to.


  3. Now throw away the unnecessary onions, put the carrots aside, and put the tongues in cold water, for a while. Strain the broth and mix it with gelatin. Tongues can now be cleared of unnecessary films and cut into thin slice-like pieces.


  4. At the bottom of a shallow but wide dish, spread the pieces of the tongue. Pour on top with a mixture of broth and gelatin. The surface itself can be decorated with sprigs of greenery and boiled carrots. When the decoration is ready, share a little more broth. The bay is ready.




The broth is bright and transparent. Through it, you can clearly see the main decoration of the dish - pieces of appetizing diet meat! If you look at the dish from the side of a healthy diet, it becomes clear that there are almost no fats and carbohydrates in the junction, which means that your figure will be in perfect order.



We advise you to use mustard as the main seasoning for the dish. Some people use shit as well. Some complex sauces for junction should not be used: we are important, first of all, the taste of the dish itself.
