  1. It is not necessary to cook the broth in one meal. We can take breaks.
  2. To make the bone broth tasty and fragrant, first place the bones for 30 minutes in the oven with a temperature of 170 degrees.
  3. To get a more spicy taste, 10 minutes before the end of cooking, add a piece of ginger.
  4. Apple cider vinegar helps extract nutrients, calcium and magnesium from bones. Therefore, nutritionists recommend adding it to the broth.
  5. Bone broth can be stored in the refrigerator for 5-7 days if poured into containers with lids.

The ingredients
  • 1.5 kg of soup bones
  • 4 liters of water
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 bulb
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 celery stem
  • 2 tsp sea salt


Preparation
  1. Wash the bones under running water.
  2. Fill the bones in a pot with a thick bottom. Add refined vegetables, vinegar, salti and pour water.
  3. Bring to a boil, then make a minimum fire. Cover the lid and cook for 36 hours.
  4. Ready broth strain through a sieve.
  5. Add the broth to the soups, stewed vegetables, meat dishes.
