- 300g beef
- 600g pork
- 1 bulb
- 100g fresh lard
- 250 ml of carbonated water
- 1 tsp major
- salt, pepper to taste

Preparation
- Rotate beef, pork and lard through the meat grinder. Add marjoram and salt, pepper to taste. Mix with your minced hands to a homogeneous structure and beat well.
