  5. Cut dill fine. Peel the garlic and run it through the press. In a deep bowl, stir 1 egg with 2 tbsp sour cream. Add seasonings, grated cheese, cottage cheese and greens. Stir everything well.



  6. The dough is divided into 4 equal parts and roll each piece 0.5 cm thick.
  7. Cover the bowl with parchment paper and put cakes on it. Cover them again with a kitchen towel and leave them like this for 20 minutes.



  8. Warm the oven to 180 degrees. Beat 1 egg and grease it with cakes. Pour the remains of the egg into the filling. Put an even layer of filling on tortillas and bake them in the oven for 20 minutes.
