Technique Stand straight, buttocks and abs. Press your hands to your chest. Keep your feet parallel to the floor. Begin to bounce shallowly on your toes, almost without lifting your feet off the floor. Make 100 jumps. Repeat a few times if you feel good and are not yet fully awake.
