Energy bars in case the pandemic drags on

Everyone knows that energy bars are the best idea of what you can eat without breaking away from important things. They are not only included in the list of necessary products of a tourist who wanders through the mountains with a light backpack, but are also a great way to deal with the whims of children.

And while working at the computer, and during cleaning, and even on a walk - always and everywhere they will save from a sudden rolling feeling of hunger. Isn't that great?

Today we will share the easiest and fastest way to prepare them, and it is up to you to take it into service. We also have a video version of the recipe. You can easily find it at the end of the article.

What you can eat ingredients
  • 300g oatmeal
  • 100g butter
  • 150g honey
  • 50g raisins
  • 60g prunes
  • 50g dried
  • 70g nuts
  • 40g candied
  • 10g vanilla sugar
  • 30g coconut shavings
  • pinch

  1. First of all, pour the oatmeal into a large deep bowl, and then chop the nuts and mix with the cereal. Both walnuts and forest nuts or almonds are perfect. However, if desired, you can completely replace them with sesame or sunflower seeds.

  2. Next, grind the candied fruit, prunes and dried apricots, then send the dried fruit to a bowl of flakes.

  3. Now you need to melt the butter and mix it with honey. If the honey is too thick or grainy, it should also be slightly flooded in a water bath. 193073

  4. Next, pour the oil-honey mixture into a bowl with other ingredients and mix everything well, adding also vanilla sugar, salt and coconut shavings.

  5. At the final stage, put the oven to warm up to 180 degrees, and in the meantime, put the baking form with parchment paper and put the resulting mixture of flakes and dried fruits into it. Well distribute the mixture throughout the area of the mold, and then carefully tamp it with a glass or any other means at hand (this must be done so that the components are better connected to each other and the bars do not turn out too crumbly).

After waiting for the required temperature, send the form to the oven for 20-25 minutes.

At the end, take out a golden oatmeal dessert, cool it and gently cut it into portion bars.
