- 300g oatmeal
- 100g butter
- 150g honey
- 50g raisins
- 60g prunes
- 50g dried
- 70g nuts
- 40g candied
- 10g vanilla sugar
- 30g coconut shavings

- First of all, pour the oatmeal into a large deep bowl, and then chop the nuts and mix with the cereal. Both walnuts and forest nuts or almonds are perfect. However, if desired, you can completely replace them with sesame or sunflower seeds.
- Next, grind the candied fruit, prunes and dried apricots, then send the dried fruit to a bowl of flakes.
- Now you need to melt the butter and mix it with honey. If the honey is too thick or grainy, it should also be slightly flooded in a water bath. 193073
- Next, pour the oil-honey mixture into a bowl with other ingredients and mix everything well, adding also vanilla sugar, salt and coconut shavings.
- At the final stage, put the oven to warm up to 180 degrees, and in the meantime, put the baking form with parchment paper and put the resulting mixture of flakes and dried fruits into it. Well distribute the mixture throughout the area of the mold, and then carefully tamp it with a glass or any other means at hand (this must be done so that the components are better connected to each other and the bars do not turn out too crumbly).
After waiting for the required temperature, send the form to the oven for 20-25 minutes.
