Cucumbers in a multicooker that will save even the most boring dinner and fresh dishes

The ingredients
  • 1kg cucumber
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 2-3 bay leaves
  • 5-7 peas of black pepper
  • 5-7 peas of sweet pepper
  • 0.5 tsp mustard grains
  • black and black currant leaves (optional)
  • fennel


Ingredients for marinade
  • 50g sugar
  • 40g salt
  • 0.5 tsp citric acid on a jar


Preparation
  1. Let's prepare the containers first. And the multicooker here will be very useful. Rub each can with soda and wash under running water.



    Now pour 3 glasses of water into the bowl of the multicooker. Wash and set the grille to steam. Put the cans down on the bar.





    Activate the program "Steam cooking" or "Soup". For sterilization of half-liter cans it will take 7-10, and for liter - 15 minutes. After the cans are completely dry, you can lay out the ingredients on them.

  2. Cut the cucumber tips. Place the cucumbers for 2 hours in cold water. After that, rinse well.
  3. Cut into two parts and lower the garlic cloves to the bottom of the cans.
  4. Send there broken bay leaves, a couple of stalks of dill, a few peas of black and fragrant pepper, mustard grains. If desired, you can add horseradish leaves or currants.


  5. Put the cucumbers in the jars as tightly as possible.


  6. Pour boiling water.


  7. Cover the lids and let them stand for 15 minutes.
  8. Pour the water from the cans into the bowl of the multicooker. Add salt and sugar, bring to a boil.


  9. Meanwhile, add half a spoonful of citric acid to each jar.
  10. Again pour the jar with a boiling marinade, twist the lids, turn upside down, wrap and leave for a day for gradual cooling.




The brine according to this recipe turns out to be transparent and very tasty, and cucumbers crunch perfectly and become a great addition to your side dishes. Bon appetit!
