- 200 ml of vegetable oil
- 250 ml of saturated fish broth
- 0.5 tbsp tomato paste
- 10 g dry gelatin (or 1.5 tsp agar-agar)
- salt and black pepper to taste

Preparation
- First of all, pour gelatin with 30 milliliters of cold boiled water.
- Send a glass of oil to the freezer for 1.5-2 hours.
- Boil fish broth. For a rich taste, salt, pepper, bay leaf or seaweed can be added to it.
- Strain the finished broth through a sieve.
- Put the swollen gelatin in the pot.
- Pour some fish broth in there. Put it on the fire to melt the gelatin completely.
- Add tomato paste to the broth, stir. A more accurate shade can be achieved with the help of food paint. You will need 2 drops of red and 1 drop of yellow dye.
- Strain into a comfortable container.
- Get the butter out of the freezer. Pour in the syringe broth and squeeze a drop into cold oil.
- The oil will keep the eggs from sticking together. All of them will fall to the bottom separately.
- If the broth becomes too thick, it must be heated until it again acquires the desired consistency.
- Strain the resulting caviar through a sieve and wash in running water.
- That's all. Although not real, but delicious caviar from natural products is ready.
