Pork peritoneum roll Ingredients
  • 1kg pork peritoneum
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 30 ml of vegetable oil
  • salt
  • chili
  • meat-spice


Preparation
  1. First, wash the meat thoroughly and dry it with paper towels. Then, using a knife, carefully separate the meat from the skin and make several small incisions on the inside of the peeled pork peritoneum.



  2. Then lubricate the meat with vegetable oil, salti, pepperchi and sodium spices with rubbed garlic on both sides. By the way, if you are not sure which spices are best for this recipe, we recommend you to look at our previous article on how to use spices in different dishes.



  3. Next, wrap the pork peritoneum in a tight roll and fasten it with a tight capron thread.



  4. Now place the roll on the heated pan and roast it until golden on both sides.



  5. At the end, we wrap our rosy roulette in foil and lay it out on the bowl, after which it remains only to send it to the oven heated to 180 degrees and bake for 40-60 minutes. The longer the meat stays in the oven, the softer and juicier the roll will turn out, so it is better not to regret the extra 20 minutes, but to let the meat brew well.





Ready roll take out their ovens, carefully free from foil and leave on the table until completely cooled. Only then you can remove the threads and try the snack.
