Is it true that Turkish coffee tastes better than coffee machine?

I've never had coffee to cheer myself up. It was always a drink I wanted to drink just for fun. And the older I get, the more attention I start to pay. quality, taste and smell of coffee.

GettyImages Coffee beckons its intoxicating aroma, they want to enjoy. And the magic happens at the time of preparing your favorite drink. For me, this has long been a special morning ritual. Why are people? I love coffee so much. And sometimes they can't give it up? We'll talk about that today.

The famous Russian poet and writer Dmitry Vodennikov once wrote:

“The doctor forbade my coffee. I've been drinking it forty years. When the first family ban fell (“coffee is bad”). Drinking soluble, then drinking from the Turk, then soluble again; drinking with milk, drinking black, drinking with sugar, drinking without sugar; on the plane I always ordered coffee. Coffee put me to sleep, coffee woke me up, coffee tasted good.

GettyImages Coffee promised adulthood, coffee didn't cheat. It was the only love drink. Like Tristan and Isolde. Like Romeo and Juliet, Hector and Achilles. "Let's have coffee somewhere?" - "Do you want coffee in bed?" Between the two phrases is a love abyss. (By the way, at the end of the tragedy, Juliet was poisoned by tea.)

Coffee didn't tolerate the middle kind. Pushkin drank coffee. Tolstoy drank coffee. Harms. In the end, coffee reduces the likelihood of developing Parkinson’s disease and dementia. Now I was told, "Drink chicory, it's healthy."

GettyImages Well. The river is also a sea for those who have never seen the sea. Goodbye, Pushkin, Tolstoy and Harms, hello, Alzheimer. When God wants to punish, He takes away the mind. It's outdated. When God wants to punish, he takes away the coffee. But God is merciful and omnipotent. In paradise, we will be given a large cup of multicolored mocha, and we will have nothing for it.”

Why people love coffee has several reasons. Someone drinks this drink because it helps them stay alert and energetic throughout the day. Moreover, it often increases a person’s productivity during work. Some people like it. taste.

As you know, these indicators depend on coffee-bean. Arabica is more fragrant and sour. Robusta, on the contrary, has a pronounced fortress. To make the taste of the drink balanced, both varieties are mixed in different proportions. Most often you can find a ratio of 50: 50. But, for example, I prefer Robusta more, because sour arabica I do not like.

Scientists from different parts of the world are studying one very interesting question: “Do human taste preferences depend on genetic predisposition?” I tend to believe it isn’t, as I am convinced that tastes can change over time. But how does it actually work?

For example, biologists from Northwestern University of the United States conducted an unusual experiment. First, they conditionally divided all drinks into bitter and sweet. Secondly, the researchers examined data from the UK biobank, namely questionnaires in which people gave information about their diet.

They then compared the findings with genetic studies. It turned out that taste preferences do not depend on taste genes, but on genes that are associated with the psychoactive properties of specific drinks. These properties are responsible for how the body will react to a particular substance.

In other words, if we talk specifically about coffee, people just like it. How he makes them feel. However, based on this study, the same can be said about alcoholic beverages.

If you like to drink coffee, do not forget that everything should be in moderation. I remember a time when I drank 3-4 drinks a day, and it seemed normal. But don't do that!
