Breathing exercises on the bed
  1. Lying on your back, bend your knees, then place one hand on the heart area and the other on your stomach. Breathe slowly and deeply, try to do it with your stomach, the chest should remain in the same position as on the inhalation. Exhale slowly and strain the abs for a while. Repeat the exercise.



  2. Straighten your arms along the body (lying on your back) and during inhalation, drink out your chest, raise your shoulders and reduce your shoulder blades. Exhale slowly and return to your starting position.



  3. Spread your hands when lying on your back, breathe slowly and during exhalation try to reach the left hand with your right hand. At this point, you need to exhale completely. Once again spread your hands, being in the starting position and repeat the exercise, but with your left hand.
  4. Lying on your back, stand up and bend your knees, put your hands on your hips. Take a slow breath, while exhaling, reach your knees with your hands and return to the initial position.



  5. Put your hands out. On the count of "one" take a deep breath, on the count of "two" raise and press the knee of the right leg to the chest, make a slow exhale, straighten the leg on "three" and relax. Repeat the exercise with the other leg.



  6. Get on all fours. On the count of "one" take a deep breath, try to reach your chin to your chest and round your back. On the count of "two" exhale and stretch your chin up, bend your back.





Breathing exercises on the chair
  1. Sit on a chair and put one hand on your heart and the other on your stomach. Take a deep breath with your nose, so that the abdomen area is inflated. Exhale slowly through the mouth to the starting position.



  2. Sit flat and lean on the back of your chair. Breathe in, turn your head to the right and stretch your chin to your shoulder. Exhale. Get back to your starting position. Again, take a deep breath and repeat the exercise with the head turned to the left.



  3. Spread your arms and take a breath. Then slowly rotate your hands: you can first forward, then back, while exhaling. Say it a few times.
  4. Sitting on a chair, stretch out your legs and put your hands on your knees. Take a breath and slowly exhale, while trying to reach your toes with your hands. Getting to your fingers is not necessary. 523750



  5. Put your hands down and take a breath, then reach with your right hand to the floor. When you reach it with your fingers, exhale and return to the starting position. Repeat the same thing with your left hand.
