Easy roast with mushrooms.

10-15 mushrooms
4-5 potatoes
1 carrot
3-4 cloves of garlic
sour cream, paprika, black pepper, salt - to taste
Clean the mushrooms, wash. Each mushroom, cut into 4 pieces. Peel the potatoes and cut into large slices. Carrot peel and grate or finely chop sticks.

In a baking dish put all the ingredients and mix, add the garlic cloves, salt, pepper, drizzle with a little vinegar and oil. Bake at 180 degrees until done.

Ready roast with mushrooms Serve with sour cream and sprinkle with paprika. You can also decorate with fresh herbs.
