Herring with mushrooms Ingredients
  • 400g herring fillet
  • 400g champignon
  • 1–2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 400g onion
  • vegetable-oil
  • green-onion


Preparation
  1. Cut the bow finely. Roast it softly in the pan, stirring it all the time.


  2. Cut the mushrooms in random pieces. Roast it in hot butter.


  3. Chill the fried mushrooms and onions in a separate dish.
  4. Peel and cut the herring with cubes.


  5. Mix cooled onions, mushrooms and mayonnaise.


  6. Put a layer of mushrooms and onions in the bowl, then a layer of sliced herring.
  7. Turn the bowl over and put the salad on the dish mushrooms up.


  8. Line the shoulder blade and decorate the greens.
