Gypsy roast with pumpkin and potatoes to lick your fingers to the elbow

Therefore, without thinking twice, we found the most optimal recipe for density and ease of preparation. Roll up your sleeves and check the ingredients!

  • 600g of meat

  • 200g onions (one large bulb)
  • pumpkin
  • 4-5 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • teaspoon
  • 2 garlic cloth (add at the end)

  1. Meat will be great for steak. Cut them in large pieces so that they are about a centimeter thick – they will need to be roasted for about five minutes on each side. You can salt a little and add a drop of pepper.



  2. Pour the butter into the pan and let it warm up well. Do not put the meat in a cold pan, because you will not be able to know when to turn it over, and this may affect its juiciness.




Cut half-rings onions, then pieces of pumpkin. The pieces should be oblong, also a centimeter thick. Potatoes can be cut in slightly larger pieces.



When the meat is roasted on both sides, remove it from the pan and put potatoes and pumpkin in it. You can mix them up before that. There is no need to remove fat from the pan. Turn over the potatoes with the pumpkin every two to three minutes, just tossing them in the pan. It'll take you 10 minutes.



Now add cooked spices, salt and onions to the pan. Keep stirring for a while and make sure nothing comes up. Now cover it for another 10 minutes. Make a little fire.



Make sure the potatoes are ready. If not, then cover the lid again for 2-3 minutes, this should be enough. Stir everything again and put the meat on top, cover the lid and record 5 minutes. Don't forget to add garlic!
