In Soviet times, all women, without exception, have recorded good recipes in notebooks. Recently I decided to revisit the culinary records of his mother and found there is a wonderful recipe of cake with young cabbage.

Ingredients
- 500 g white cabbage
- 3 eggs
- 5 tbsp sour cream
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 6 tbsp wheat flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 50 g dill
- 2 tsp sesame seeds
- 10 g butter
Cooking
- Slice of cabbage, and slightly podsol alumni.
- Add finely chopped dill.
- You beat the eggs until smooth.
- Add to egg mixture the sour cream, mayonnaise, flour and baking powder. Thoroughly knead the dough.
- Smear the form with butter and put it in the cabbage.
- Pour in the batter over the cabbage and sprinkle everything with sesame seeds.
- Place the form in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees and bake the pie for about 30 minutes until Golden brown.
