Amazing pizza WITHOUT flour!

A simple recipe of diet low calorie pizza without flour with cauliflower.This pizza is not only more useful but also very tasty! Try to cook you'll love!

Low-calorie soft pizza without flour100 grams – 113,08 kcal B/W/Y– 13,29/5,19/3,45the pizza Base:

  • cauliflower 300 g
  • cheese with low % fat 150 g
  • egg 1 piece
  • salt to taste




Pizza toppings:

  • tomato paste 50 grams
  • mushrooms 40gr
  • sweet pepper 40 g
  • onion 15 g
  • cheese 50 grams
  • salt, pepper, seasonings to taste
Preparation:

1. To prepare the base for the pizza boil, cool and grate the cauliflower and mix it with grated on a coarse grater cheese. Also in the future the Foundation crack in the egg, salt and mix thoroughly. The resulting mass put into a form and bake at 230 degrees, about 15-20 minutes.





2. After I baked the base, make filling. Grease it with tomato paste (don't overdo it, and the pizza can be very sail).

Thinly slice the onion and pepper and spread on the base. In conclusion, sprinkle cheese, grated on a fine grater. We put the pizza in the oven for 10-15 minutes (230 degrees), if desired, the finished dish can be sprinkled with finely chopped greens. Cook with love!
